PASTOR CHRIS UPDATE

(5/24/17)

Hello Crosspoint Family,

Let me begin by saying how awesome it was for everyone who was able to be a part of our Sunday service and prayer time for Pastor Chris. I know the outpouring of God’s love for Pastor Chris was definitely felt by everyone.

I also want to thank all of our Leadership for supporting Pastor Chris and serving God’s people during this time. God has blessed Crosspoint with some amazing people who are pulling together at this time.

As was mentioned on Sunday in a message from Renee, Pastor Chris was downgraded to Step-Down Trauma and is making daily progress. He has even cracked a couple of jokes. This was great news and we are overwhelmed by how God is caring for our Pastor and his family.

We were able to deliver your get well cards to Pastor Chris and Renee at the first of the week. I know they are both very grateful for the love and support from Crosspoint Church and this community.

Just a reminder that we will post any updates via our Crosspoint Website, Facebook, and through the Crosspoint App.

It will take some time for Pastor Chris to heal, so please be understanding in the fact that we will not always have any updates to share. Please know that he is receiving the best possible care from the doctors at the hospital. Our main concern is that we are praying for and taking care of Pastor Chris, Renee, and their family during this time. Their personal privacy is of utmost importance as well, so we will post updates from the family when they are ready to share them.

I know that Pastor Chris, Renee, and the family all feel the love and support you are sending their way. God has great things ahead for this family and for the people of Crosspoint Church. Praise be to our God for His love, mercy, and kindness on each of us. Though we do not know His plans, we can always trust His heart.

God Bless…Pastor Jeff

PASTOR CHRIS UPDATE

(5/21/17)

Pastor Chris had surgery on Friday that went better than expected. Saturday evening he was downgraded from Trauma ICU to Step-down Trauma. Renee has expressed excitement in the daily progress that Chris is making. He is conscious and responsive. Although it was short, his daughter was able to have a conversation with Chris over the phone the other night. He has even cracked a couple of jokes in between medication treatments.

Renee says, "THANK YOU SO MUCH!" She is overwhelmed by the prayer and support and has been well taken care of through all of this.

Keep praying for Pastor Chris and his family!

Pastor Jarrod
